Haze Puttlitz '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Haze Puttlitz. I am a 6’8 230 senior PF/C for the basketball team at Delaware Valley Regional High School. We just finished up a very successful campaign, but finished off the season a little short placing 2nd on our conference, the team went furthest since 1978, so I was glad I got to be apart of that. Prior to this, I was at a small prep school in Pennsylvania for the first three years of high school, where I helped our team win the Penn-Jersey league in the 2021-22 season. I was also a captain during the 2022-23 season. I have been a varsity basketball player since my freshman year. 

My varsity basketball experience has been a positive one, and I am proud of my leadership skills, which have helped unite several younger squads and helped propel them to success on the court. A coaching change precipitated my transfer back to Delaware Valley, my hometown school. The decision to transfer was a difficult one, but made with the assistance and support of my mom and several other trusted advisors. 

I play AAU travel ball with the East Coast Cyclones, one of the most successful independent teams in the country. We play on the Made Hoops Circuit, and finished with an overall record of 28-6 this past season against some of the best competition in the country. Mike Cervellino, our head coach, has placed over 80 players in Division I schools. He, along with my trainer, Julian Dunkley, serve as mentors and can provide any references necessary.

I will be doing a Post Grade with LBA in Florida and will be reclassing to 2025.I am looking forward to this opportunity to further my skills, gain exposure playing in the Sun Conference and grow as a student athlete. 

I am looking to find a college that I can call home and where I will grow as a student-athlete for the next four years. I plan to major in Business/Sports Management, and hope to have both an impact and influence in the world of sports and basketball for many years. I have linked some highlight film for your review.
