Ever since I was young, I was taught to put in arduous work at everything I do. A great work ethic is something that was installed in me as a kid, and I strive to be excellent in everything that I do. Playing collegiate basketball has always been a dream of mine since I started playing basketball in the second grade. From winning a league championship, being league M.V.P., and having three consecutive all conference team appearances. I have earned these awards through hard work. Academics is also an area that I strive being excellent in, earning awards and being one of the top students in my class is a product of hard work.
I strive to be a leader on and off the court. I focus on surrounding myself with people that will make me a better person as well as trying to be that person for other people. Putting my teammates in positions where they will succeed is always a goal of mine. I pride myself on my basketball IQ and I believe winning comes from great teamwork and chemistry. I have been blessed with the people who have been put in my life. From my teammates, coaches, and classmates they have all pushed me to become a better person and they have been a big part of why I push myself to be the best version of myself. I want to attend a college where I am pushed to be the best version of myself on and off the basketball court. Playing basketball in college is an opportunity that I would love to pursue. I am open to all options and I want to compete at the highest level possible as well as find the college that is the best fit for me.
