I have played basketball for 12+ years. The first time I played, I realized I wanted to dedicate myself to the game. My desire was to play at the next level after I started winning awards as a sophomore. I then decided to focus on basketball because it was fast-paced and also provided competition that motivated me on and off the court. I have excelled at the high school level and now desire to move on to the collegiate level. My goal is to maintain a 3.0+ GPA for the rest of my high school career. I am now looking for a college that will allow me to pursue my academic goals and play for a competitive basketball program.
As a Junior, I led the team in scoring (24.9 points per game), steals (3.0 per game), and 2nd in assists (6.4 per game). My highest scoring game this year was 33 points against a team that has two players going to play at the collegiate level. This year I was named TNCAA MVP , 1st team All-District and Conference again.
As a Sophomore, I was named 1st team All-Conference, 1st team All-District, All-Region Team and also East Coast Nationals 4A MVP. As the starting point guard for our team, I was 1st in steals and assists and 2nd in scoring behind one senior who is now playing college basketball at the Division 2 level.
I have also been playing AAU basketball for the last 4 years for the TN Panthers and the Lakeside Elite.
