I started playing basketball when I was in fourth grade. Through time and games, I have realized and aspired to play one day at the college level. I consider this would be a huge opportunity that would have a big impact in my career and life.
I believe I am a great team player with good shooting skills, tough mentality and basketball IQ that will benefit any team. I am always open to learn new skills and plays and help my teammates. I strive to lead by example and give my best effort to continue improving and developing my skills and game. Currently, I am taking one on one trainings while actively playing in all year round leagues and tournaments to help me gain more experience and improve my skills. I believe that hard work, discipline and commitment are key into becoming a great basketball player.
In school, I am very focused in my studies to maintain and improve my current GPA of 3.97. I am interested in the areas of study of Biology Science and Physical Therapy. In addition, I like to volunteer in school because I believe that giving back to the community is always important. I would like to go to a college that provides me the opportunity to continue to push, develop and grow not only in this sport that I love, but also personally and professionally. I am open to any college that can provide this type of opportunity for me.
