Jaden Gardner '20 Recruiting Profile

I am  6’4” 220 lbs with a 6’5” wing span, shooting guard.  I am looking for a spot on a rooster for the 2023-2024 season. I am a true freshman. I recently returned home from a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the Canada Winnipeg mission. There I spent my time serving the communities in Canada and Minnesota and spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. Now that I am home I would like to pursue playing basketball in college. I graduated from Union High School in Roosevelt Utah in 2020 during COVID with a 3.578 gpa and received a pharmacy technician certification from Uintah Basin Technical College during my senior year. Both of my parents played basketball at Snow College and my brother has signed for Colorado Northwestern where he’ll play upon his return of a church mission in 2024. 

I lettered all 4 years in high school and in my senior year I lead my team in points per game and was chosen 1st team all region.  

Since high school I have matured physically and mentally. I am currently training 14 young athletes in basketball skill development and working at a local elementary school.  I plan to attend college in the fall and work toward and biology/pre-med degree. I enjoy hunting and fishing and being outdoors.
