Hi, my name is Kendall McClain and I am a shooting guard from the class of 2013. I currently go to Emerald Ridge in Puyallup, Washington where for the last two years we have been a building program. Along with my teammates and I this season, we were able to make it to the school's first postseason appearance. I was captain of this years team, and also a three year varsity starter (did not play 9th grade because we only have a 10th-12th grade system). I have been playing basketball for as long as I can remember and I have always been a hard worker and a student of the game. I am one of those players who is always first in the gym and the last one to leave. For college, I want to be able to go to a program where I am able to make an impact with the team immediately. I am a very good shooter and I am very smart with the ball which gives me a great assist to turnover ratio. The best fit for me right now would be to go to a DIII or NAIA school to play. I am a very good student who is focused on schoolwork. I know that I want to major in Business Administrations, so I would like to go to a college that has a very good business school. Having a good basketball program and a strong spotlight on business would be the best fir for me going into college.
