My goal is to attend a 4-yr. college while playing varsity sports and am very interested in Accounting and/or Economics at the present time. As a Senior I will be attending "Running Start" at Eastern Washington University again and expect to graduate high school in 2019 with two full years of college credit courses completed.
Currently I am a competing in sports at Liberty High School in Spangle, Washington. Last years basketball team had another successful season finishing 5th at State after losing in Overtime in the semifinals to our league rivals, St. George's. Personally, I received First Team All-League recognition as a Junior and led my team in total blocked shots AND assists. My stat line looked like this; 15.4 ppg, 4.9 reb, 2.5 asst, 1.6 stls, 2.4 blks with season highs of 29 pts., 10 rebs, 7 asst, 6 blks and a game of 13-13 from the free throw line. I am a stretch wing player that is very skilled in all phases on both ends of the court. In 2017, my high school team also played in the State Championships at the Spokane Arena, losing in the Championship game to Kittitas and Gonzaga commit, Brock Ravet. I am a true 6'4", 6'5" with shoes on and have a frame that will be able to add quite a bit of weight in the coming years with more athleticism.
I maintain a very high GPA, look to take leadership roles in athletic and academic pursuits and have been regarded as "extremely teachable" by my athletic coaches and teachers throughout the years. In basketball, I am able to process instruction and put it into action and have a great "motor" or constant movement and effort. If I give up athleticism or size in an individual matchup I can usually more than make up for it with my strong fundamental base and hustle.
My other interests include:
Volleyball - play for Rivals Volleyball Club based in Spokane, Washington
FFA - state finalist as a freshman in Creed Speaking, 2nd in state as a sophomore for Agricultural Issues presentation
Liberty High School - Sophomore Class President
