Davion Brown '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Davion Brown I first started playing basketball in the 5th grade. It was my first year playing for a real basketball team I wasn’t as good as the other kids in the beginning but I learned and got better .With alot of hard work and dedication by the end of the season I was awarded the most improved player trophy. After receiving my  award that  is when my love of the sport began. I felt like the sport was really for me so I continued to play basketball .The wins started feeling even better. Of course there were the losses which felt worse but, I don’t Look at defeat as just a lose. I look at it as a learning experience. A sign that I need to go harder on improving my performance and skill. After every lost I know that I just have to bounce back and work 10 times harder  and that goes for academics as well .That is what makes me different from others. I really love this sport as it has been a outlet for me growing up in this day and age with so much going on around me and in the world. Like most players I would love to play professional basketball but, I would also like to Study Business real estate to oneday start my real estate business.
