Short GamePersonal Statement
I got my first set of golf clubs (plastic) at 14 months old. I got my first real clubs at 20 months old. At 4 years old I began playing baseball. At 5 years old I made my first birdie. None of my friends played golf, so I stopped playing golf to play baseball, soccer, football and basketball with my friends. At 11 years old my Dad signed me up for the PGA Junior Golf League. Half way through the season I was having so much fun I decided to give up all the other sports and play golf only.
I've been playing golf only, for 4 years now and would love to continue to play golf in college like my cousin does at Mississippi State. I love personal success and being part of a team. I am also excited about the opportunity to further my education in college.
