Great to meet you I'm Luke Ringkamp and my passion is golf. I've been playing golf since I'm 18 months old(my parents will attest:) I'm currently a +3.4 handicap and a have been competing in tournaments since I was 8 years old. I'm proud to say I’m currently ranked 4th in California and 24th in the US on the JR Golf scoreboard , I'm also the #1 ranked player as a freshman on the Palm Desert High school golf team. I believe I'd be a strong asset to a highly ranked college golf team as I have experience competing and winning both as an individual and on the team level. As I've been playing golf my entire life and have received amazing instruction(currently via Josh Myers@ PGA West) I think one of my strongest assets is my ability to bounce back from adversity and my ability to consistently score under par.
On a personal level, I'm an only child to my Dad(Eric) and Mom(Melissa) we enjoy playing golf as a family as well as fishing and playing with our dogs. I also have a great group of friends, many of of whom I've met playing golf through the years. I look forward to to taking my life and game to the next level in college,
