I'm willing to work harder than everyone in order to get to where I want to go. I've always loved playing golf and that is something I will continue to do. Along with golf, I did competitive ski racing for 4 years in Vail Ski School's Development Team (DEVO), as well as Ski Club Vail. I then reached the point in my athletic development of having to make a choice to either pursue ski racing full-time and live up in the mountains training non-stop, or to focus my energies on golf. I chose golf and it was definitely the right choice.
During my years of competitive ski racing I won state with my team in the state championship. I've always loved competing, and after I made the decision to focus on golf, I lowered my handicap from about a 13 or 14 to 0.0 in just 18 months. I know that if I keep working hard my game will continue to improve and mature. My goal is to be the best player I can possibly be and only the future will tell how quickly that will happen.
Additionally, I skipped first grade due to my academics. I strive for this kind of success in everything I do, always trying to do my best and to achieve excellence.
