golf recruitment ...Personal Statement
My name is Walker Carey and I love the game of golf. I look to study in business when I attend college in 2021. I would make a great candidate for any team because I understand what it means to take one for the team. If I'm not the best golfer going into a tournament I will do whatever is best for the team and us winning. Some fascinating things that make me different than any other golfer are my personality, my team work, and my golf game. My personality is upbeat even when I am not having the best day on the golf course. I get rarely mad or upset, because I know I have to focus on the next shot. I think I would also be a great teammate because I have learned from upperclassmen what it means to help others. Finally I feel like my golf game is above average, but I strive to improve on and off the course everyday. My name is Walker Carey and I can't wait for the future.

- Round 1 was a score of an 85; had a tough time adjusting to the course I had never played but felt confident going into Round 2. In the Round 2 I felt much better abut the course and the conditions were more enjoyable. I finished round 2 with a 78.

- In round 1 I shot a 78 and I wast overall happy with this score. I had played this course multiple times in the past. Round 2 was canceled due to rain, thunder, and flooding of the course.

- In round one I shot a 77 and I was overall happy with this score because it want a familiar environment and I had ever played this course. The grass, rough, greens and the conditions were all different than usual. In round 2 I shot an 81 and was extremely disappointed with this score but I knew I could get better.

- I workout at Lifetime Fitness in Alpharetta Georgia. After playing golf from 3-6 Monday-Friday, I go to the gym from 6:30 to 8:30. On Mondays and Thursday I do biceps and back, on Tuesdays and Fridays I do chest and triceps, and on Wednesdays and Saturday I do legs and abs. I take the golf extremely seriously but it is important to get stronger everyday.
