Jake Hajjar '24 Recruiting Profile

My Name is Jake Hajjar, I am a Junior at Model High School in Richmond, Kentucky. I have been playing golf since around the age of 5, when I asked my dad while riding in the car what that was out the window - he said a golf course - and I asked if we could play golf. Since that time I have had a passion and love for the game.  Golf has taught me how important it is to work hard, and how crucial it is to stay focused and be patient. Shake off a bad hole and start fresh on the next one. Through golf, I have learned to treat others and the game with respect, work hard, be honest, not to lose my temper, as well as understand that life gives us all good days/rounds of golf as well as bad - its ok to have a bad round occasionally - focus on where you need to improve and put that round behind you.             

Since beginning High School golf in Middle School, I have learned how to compete and how to finish the job when the pressure is on. I am eager and excited to play at the next level and bring hard work, my desire to win, and passion for golf to your program.
