Hello Coaches,
My name is Tucker Jones and I am a freshman golfer at Madison Central High School in Richmond, Kentucky and I have just transferred to Madison central which leads me to sit out a year due to the KHSAA transfer rules. I have a handicap index of 0.0 verified by the USGA GHIN mobile app. I am trying to persue my passion for the game of golf and get recruited by a D1 college and play at the higher level. I have access to all of the courses around here I am a member at Arlington University club which is our private club in richmond and a member at Boone’s trace nation golf club which is a course that is semi private. I have access to the public course of Gibson bay I have a range pass and I can access the course with a pass as well. This means that I am practicing all the time and I am determined to win and get this scholarship.
I think that I am a great person to recruit. I have a great work ethic sometimes they can’t pull me off of the course. This work ethic has lead me to a great win of a 2 day tournament at Pinehurst North Carolina at longleaf golf club. I won the US kids golf teen series event there with two scores of 79,76 which was a great way to start learning early how to get the job done and win. I love the game and I am obsessed with the game playing the game of golf just makes things get better and there is nothing in the world that is going to change that. I think that when coaches are looking at golfers to recruit they are looking for someone like me because I have a great work ethic and I am willing to learn and grow from college because there are so many things that I can be taught and that I am willing to learn. I am a great teammate and I am a leader. The reason I say this is because I have been recognized my my teachers and coaches that I am a leader. In this past year I have been selected in our gifted and talented program chosen by our teachers and staff at the school for leadership and how well I do in those scenarios. I would love if you considered me for a recruiting spot one day in the near future.
sincerely
-Tucker Jones
