Hello, my name is Connor Finnegan, and I am a seventeen-year-old current junior at Bishop Feehan High School in Attleboro, MA. This fall, I will play my senior season of high school golf. I have been on the varsity team all three years of playing high school golf, and I have just been elected as one of the captains for the fall season next year.
Over the past three years, I have put a lot of time and effort into improving my golf game. I started working with a swing coach on Saturdays, and I seize any opportunity to go out on the course. I have taken a deep and fond interest in golf over the past years, and I always look for time and ways to improve my game.
I am interested in playing golf at the collegiate level. I love competition, and possibly playing at the college really sparks my interest. Playing in a different style of competition golf compared to high school seems intriguing, and I would love to explore this by playing in college.
During my college years, I want to study kinesiology and eventually want to become a doctor. I love athletics and being around it, so becoming a doctor in sports medicine is a great path for me. Playing college golf sparks great interest in me as it would be great to do something different along with getting my degree.
I am looking forward to this next year and a half and seeing where this journey will take me.
