Michael Shubeck '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello, My name is Michael Shubeck. I attend the University of Detroit Jesuit high school in Detroit, Michigan. Ever since I started playing tournament golf 4 years ago,  it’s been my dream to play a high level of collegiate golf.  I've been dedicated to reaching that goal by working hard on the course and in the classroom.  I've been on the varsity golf team at UofD since my freshman year and have been selected by my peers as this year's captain.  I am also on our high school hockey team and am an integral part of the UofD Cub Broadcast team. This year I will be moderating our student senate debates.  My summers have been spent on the course developing my game through practice and tournament play.  I am open to learning and growing, which makes me a very coachable player.  I know all of the hard work that I have put towards learning the game of golf makes me a good candidate for your team and I hope to hear from you soon.
