Joseph Rosensteel '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is Joseph Rosensteel - and I am a Junior at Minnetonka High School in Minnetonka, Minnesota and a captain on the Varsity golf team.

My goals and aspirations include playing college golf as a prelude to playing professional golf on the Tour.  I have a very strong passion for the game of golf and have attended the Hank Haney IJGA Summer Camp and received personal lessons from Hank himself.  Additionally, as an Honor Caddie at Hazeltine National Golf Club I have regular access to supplementary training and personal coaching from the Staff Professionals.

My golf enthusiasm was kindled further when my family relocated to Northern Minnesota and I was able to play daily at the nationally ranked Legend and Quarry at Giants Ridge Golf Resort as well as the Wildnerness Course at Fortune Bay Resort.  I received regular golf instruction from John Kendall, the local Pro from Troon Golf as well during those two years.

I am a dedicated student, athlete, friend and member of my church community and look forward to earning a shot to compete at the college level.
