Drew Groscost '24 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing golf since I was five years old. Since I have first stepped on the course, I have aspired to play collegiate golf at a competitive level. I know that playing in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my career.

I have great course management, great shot shaping skills, and a very good mental grasp of what is needed to be successful. I also have a huge golf IQ. I am a team leader and try to lead by example while also encouraging my teammates. I strive to be one of the hardest working players and one of the hardest working recruits you'll find. I work hard year round on my golf skills and game by participating in AJGA, MJGA, and SJGT events. I also workout 3-4 days a week which contributes to my athleticism. 

In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. I have been Inducted in the National Honor Society and am a member of the Beta club. I also participate in Fellowship of Christian Athletes. I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the golf course. I am open to all options and want to find the right college match at the highest level of competition as possible. I hope to become great role model to all of my family, and in my community and make my parents proud.
