Zachary Teske '20 Recruiting Profile

I will be graduating from West Fargo High School in West Fargo, ND in May 2020. I have earned a 3.1 GPA and scored 22 on my ACT.  In addition to playing on the golf varsity team since 8th grade, I have played hockey since I was four years old and am currently on the hockey team and I also play the french horn in the band. I am looking for a school with strong academic programs and a highly competitive golf team. I am particularly interested in a school with a strong construction program or engineering options.

I have played on the West Fargo HS varsity golf team since my eighth-grade year and have had 2 top-five finishes in the North Dakota High School State Tournament placing 2^nd in 2018 and 5^th in 2019. With the second-place finish in 2018 I was able to compete in the Big I tournament in Charleston, SC in 2018 which was a great experience. I also finished in 7^th for all conference in 2019.  I will be playing a competitive schedule of events this summer including qualifiers for the USGA Junior Amateur, Optimist Junior, and World Junior. I have dreamed about playing college golf for the past five years and feel I would be a strong addition to any program and would love the opportunity to speak with you about my accomplishments and future ambitions.
