Aiden Walker '25 Recruiting Profile

I have excelled at team sports since the age of three, often being fortunate enough to get selected for teams at the highest levels. Over the years I have done my best to always work hard and have a positive attitude while remaining calm even in the most stressful situations. I pride myself on being a go to player who coaches can trust to make the right play in all game situations and the player who always leads by example at both practices and games.

In 2019 I started playing golf and it did not take me long to realize I had found my passion. I like playing team sports and all the things that go along with that but I love everything about golf. I love hitting balls in the garage, practicing my putting at the course until it gets dark, playing in tournaments and for fun with my friends.

No one earns their way onto a college golf roster without the support of a great team. I am grateful to my parents who have given me every opportunity to grow and develop as an athlete. I am thankful to the dozens of volunteer coaches I have had who have taught me the skills and mindset to be a better athlete. 

My commitment to any coach who recruits me is that I will always give my best both in school and golf. I will give 100 percent effort to developing as a golfer and citizen  and will play any role on the team from reserve to the starting five while always working to be the best me I can be.  I appreciate you taking the time to read my statement and view my profile and I look forward to hearing from you.
