Alex Duran, Rapid City SD. Started my career at 8 with simple putting. Through the work me, my father and golf channel have put in my game is ready for the next level. In my entire career I have wanted nothing but to grow and learn everyday. Aside from the great look of nature on the course, I live for every round for the learning. Easily losing 10 strokes per year ever since my 8th grade year, starting from 110, I have grown yearly to become a better golfer. Junior year I came with my first top 25 in the state. One of only a few to do it in my school history. Then senior year came and I shot a 73,79 2 day total of 152. This placed me at T-4 and being the first in 21 years for my school and the 4th overall in it's history for the top 5.
I hope to be the next great addition to any team. I'm shooting for that great D1 but that is a dream not reality. I hope to hear from all of you and see what ever can happen of my future steps in life. No matter what may happen I will be grateful for the outcome that best fits my future and dream of being part of the PGA.
