Personal Statement

Golf has been something I have enjoyed my whole life. From when I first picked up my plastic clubs at age three, to when I got my first real set of clubs, I knew this game was for me. I started off playing in the PGA junior league at age 6 and from then on, Into the competitive tournament field. However, becoming a college athlete  has been an aspiration of mine for quite some time now and has always been an interest for me, but my priority is always academics first and then golf. However, that does not affect how I work and practice. I am the person to work hard in any condition, circumstance, or day of the week because I am constantly trying to improve myself as a player, student, and athlete. My goal for any team I play for is to help lift the team and contribute in as many ways as possible. In high school I currently play three sports, football, wrestling, and golf. These sports have all built and improved my character, drive, and capability to take charge in the classroom and on the course. However, whatever happens next in my career, I’m ready for that challenge.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
