Brendan Williams '21 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to play D1 hockey in college. I have been very lucky to have had significant success on teams playing hockey. Since mites, I have won multiple AAA hockey state championships, and last year won the USA Hockey High School National Championship. (as a Freshman I led the team in scoring)  I don't say this to brag, but to show that I know how to be a part of a winning program and can make a significant contribution.  While I have always been the leading scorer on my team, I believe what separates me is my "team first" attitude.  No player is bigger than the team and you need to buy into the system.  I feel that my abilities on the ice were developed as a result of playing multiple sports competitively growing up (basketball, soccer, baseball, lacrosse). This experience of using different skills and strategies has helped me become a stronger player, both physically and mentally.  I have a never quit attitude and always want to get better.  I am hoping to become a part of a first class D1 College Hockey Program where I can hopefully bring as much to the table as I get.
