Carson McDonald '23 Recruiting Profile

Hockey for me is 24/7, it is who I am. Throughout my 8-year career I've always had a passion for the game, and I continually strive to improve myself and my team. I always set my goals as high as I can and ceaselessly continue to push toward my goals. Right now, I've been playing both at a high school varsity D2 level and club 18u AA. My long-term goals are to eventually move up to a junior league level and from then go on to play colligate hockey. No matter what team I'm on, I incessantly strive and keep on pushing my very best to help my team succeed. I always have a team-first character and work towards improving my physical and academic capabilities. My mindset is to always be kind and uplifting towards my team. I'm a God-fearing Christian who wants to set a positive example on and off the ice. My academics are also a very important value to me, school is just as important to me as hockey. I routinely set to enhance both my academic and athletic capability and strive toward my furthest goals.
