My goal is to play the sport I love for as long as I can, and when it’s all done I want to know in my heart I left it all on the ice. In addition, I know that I good education is critical to my future success. In school I have always challenged myself to take AP and IB classes and learn as much as I can. In academics, like hockey there is no easy way out but the harder you work the more satisfying success is.

I like to play old school hockey, I am always battling in the corners or in front of the net. I also always look for the best play whether that means taking the shot or setting up my team mate with a great pass. Having played hockey, football, baseball and track for many years I enjoy being part of a team and always understand that what’s best for the team may not always be what I want. Over and over again I have told that I am very coachable and pick things up quickly. Until high school I was actually a center so I feel like I can play all three zones equally well.
