NCDC Spring Class...Personal Statement
A dream I’ve had my whole life is to play college hockey, and I would love to have a chance to bring that dream to reality. I have played hockey for 13 years, and have grown to love the sport. I am currently in my 3rd season on my schools varsity as a starter and an assistant captain. Over the past off seasons I have been invited to play for the New England Edge AAA, NH Avalanche U18 AAA and Manchester Flames AAA. I am a very well rounded and responsible player. I am a very good playmaker and two-way forward. I can play any role a coach wants me to. Other than goalie. I am set apart from other players because of my vision and size. I can make passes and set up plays that other players would never think of.
As a student I am fascinated with finance, business management, and marketing. I am an honor roll student and take many pre-college courses. Ex: RS personal financial management. RS Principles of Marketing. I will compete with my school‘s finance team in FinLit 300 this year and next. I look to continue on to a college where I can receive a good education but also be a member of the school’s hockey team.
