Han Shin '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Han Shin. I am a two-way defenseman that can join the rush and make plays offensively and defensively. I began playing hockey at a very young age and instantly fell in love with it. Hockey has made me the hard-working person I am today who is willing to do the extra work to get better. Hockey has also made me a better person who is caring and supportive for his friends, teammates, and family on and off the ice. When playing I always put my team first willing to do whatever it takes to help my team win.

Academics are very important to me as well. As a student-athlete, I believe doing well in school and getting good grades is just as important as doing well on the ice. I spend a lot of time and put a lot of effort into becoming a better student because I know it will help me grow as a person, student, and athlete.
