Carson Yates - 2006Personal Statement
I consider myself a mature and charismatic leader, who excels in the classroom and tests very well. Off the ice I am a positive locker room influence, and I can build relationships easily. I am confident in everything I do, and I am also very competitive. It is these traits, particularly, which help me build good habits in my practices on and off the ice, and therefore translates to high level play in games.
My broadest goal in hockey is to play division 1, which can propel me to other avenues in life. I will be fully committed to my development as a player and person until I reach that goal, and I am excited for the process.
