Personal Statement

My collegiate goals and aspirations include becoming a dominant hockey player for a D1 or top D3 school. In the mean time I am preparing for this opportunity by working to ensure my effort will excel my game beyond my competitors.  I am willing to do everything that is necessary to turn my dreams into reality.  I am a good candidate because I am determined to achieve success and hockey is my primary focus all the time. I am different from other recruits in character because I always make smart choices and treat people, as well as facilities, with care.  I am different athletically because of my will. Some players spend their Friday nights at parties or whatever but I spend mine in the garage stick handling and shooting. Academically, I achieve good grades in the highest standard of classes which really pushes me to my potential.
