Ever since I started playing AAA hockey, I have found that the most successful environment is one of high intensity and competitiveness, which is an atmosphere that I look for and try to create on the teams that I am a part of. I recognize that on different teams, I may have different leadership roles, whether it be leading by my play, or being more vocal in the dressing room. No matter my role on the team, I commit to it, and make everybody around me better.

I play a physical, smart, simple game, with high energy. I go into battles hard, with determination to win the puck. I am willing to block shots, take a hit to make a play, and use the body. I have a good vision of the ice, and consistently make the right first outlet pass to prompt an offensive rush. What I bring to a hockey program is a competitive, driven, coachable player who loves the game, and wants to get better at every opportunity. Whether it be an extra workout, free ice, or a quick film session, I pride myself on taking the initiative to be at those optional events to push myself to my highest athletic potential. Furthermore, I bring an intelligent, engaging, friendly student to the school side of the campus dynamic. I will bring my absolute best to any program that I am fortunate enough to compete for, both on the ice and in the classroom.
