Nathan Taylor '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Nate Taylor. I am currently playing for the Whitby Wildcats u18 aaa while being called up for the Cobourg Cougars OJHL. My most recent acheivments have been this season I was a ETA all-star as well as a OMHA all-star playing against Team SCTA. I am a 5'9 155lbs centre/wing with a great offensive skillset as well as a high hockey IQ and I would like to persue my hockey career the most competitively possible.

I would like to major in physiotherapy or other majors similar in that field.  I am a natural leader that brings positivity to a team on the ice and in the locker room. I am a very hard working individual and someone who will do whatever it takes to succeed. I am a very versatile player who has the ability to contribute in plenty of aspects on the ice.

What makes me different from other recruits is that I have a very unique skillset that can translate across to the next level as well as bringing up others around me.  Along with that outside of hockey I am a kind, funny and talkative person that can also relax...sometimes. I am very energetic but can turn off that switch when it is time to focus such as in the classroom. Throughout my schooling career I have attended a French school learning how to fluently speak 2 languages. In those schools I believe I have been a great help to peers along with brining positivity to the class.
