Hockey is not just a sport to me, it allows me to challenge myself and build core values that are essential to my future success.  

My leadership qualities are something that set me apart as I strive to pass on my passion for the game and my determination to my teammates.  As the hardest worker on the ice, my coaches look to me as someone who can motivate our team and lead by example.  I consider my strengths to be a solid two way player with a strong shot, an exceptional skater and someone who can change the course of the game by winning one on one battles.  I bring the same passion to the classroom where I have used my focus to excel and be a role model for my classmates and younger siblings.

Attending college will allow me to achieve both of my goals which is to get an exceptional education and play hockey at an elite level.
