Jordan Antar '26 Recruiting Profile

I'm looking forward to playing the highest level of hockey I can as I truly love this sport!  I am a solid candidate for your team due to my hard work ethic, perseverance, on ice vision and psychical presence on the ice.  I am a tenacious player who is the first to plant myself in front of the goalie and take the abuse to score the dirty goal.  I consider myself a "grinder" who appreciates physical play while maintaining my composure and not taking unnecessary penalties.  I also take pride in my passing skills and play around the net.  

I certainly consider myself a student of hockey and understand all the various skills in takes to be a influential player and teammate!   I pride myself in being a supportive and encouraging teammate and never let my emotions get the best of me.  I enjoy the mental and physical benefits of working out daily and understand how nutrition plays a very important role in my performance and attitude.  

I have been a first line player on two state championship teams (2022 California Bantam A/ 2023 Tennessee Major Bantam AA) and two state regional championship teams in California.  This past year, as a freshman, I was a first line player on my varsity high school team and the only freshman, out of 16 high schools, to make the all star team.  I have also been a part of many tournament winning teams.

Throughout my young career, each coach that I have been fortunate to have, have all appreciated my dedication, sportsmanship, willingness to learn and contribution to the various teams I have been a part of.
