My number one goal is to play D1 hockey for an elite college and to be top of my class. I want to be the best hockey player I can be no matter the level of hockey I end up playing in. I also want to work hard in school and I strive to keep my GPA as high as I can so that I can continue playing the sport that I love. I think I would be a good candidate for many teams because I have great leadership skills and I know what it takes to change the momentum of the team to keep everyone going. I believe what makes me different from other recruits is that along with being a leader, I build my teammates up so they can reach their goals and their max potential. I am a very hard worker and I am very disciplined on and off the ice. I am very coach-able and will exceed whatever is needed of me. When it comes to athletics, what makes me stand out is that I am a very strong skater and I’m known for my speed and edge work. I am usually found in the gym, on the ice or in my backyard working on whatever it is I need to work on to be an even better player. If I’m not working on those things, then I am working on my schoolwork trying to keep my GPA high.
