Tyler Cornwell '16 Recruiting Profile

I began playing football in 6th grade. The last five years I have played outside linebacker on defense and tight end on offense, and special teams. In addition, I have experience playing fullback on offense. I am truly blessed to have been apart of a team who has won two back to back championship games on the Jr. Titans level, ended our Freshman High School season with a 7-1 record, and JV season undefeated. Honestly, I could not be prouder of the accomplishments we have made as a team. It is my dream of play college football. Every season my goal is to improve my skills and advance to the next level. In my freshman and JV season I led the team in tackles, and have shown my coaches consistency in each game. I just don't focus on my area, but scan the field at all times to make sure the opponent is taken down. As a defensive player it is my mission to prevent the other team from scoring.
