I am a driven individual seeking a college experience that prepares me for a successful career in business or the sciences that enables me to continue playing competitive lacrosse at the collegiate level. I am eager to explore college opportunities that align with my academic and athletic goals.
Academically I am a Varsity Scholar Athlete and carry a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.86. My Junior year I am taking a challenging course load of 3 AP's along with honors math. I scored a 1460 on my SAT.
Athletically, I consider myself a student of the game and utilize my strong lacrosse IQ to lead on the defensive end of the field. One of my key strengths is my ability to push the ball up the field in transition. This season I was selected as a captain and will start at defense.
I play for the Grizzly Lacrosse Club that is coached by Jake Coon (RIT) and am a member of the Western NY Team that is part of the Excelsior Games. I also play box lacrosse for Roots and my high school team in the winter. I was captain of the Varsity Alpine Ski team this winter where we won sectionals and was runner up at states. I placed 4th in the slalom event at states, received an All-Greater Rochester selection, and an All- County award. Off the sports field I play the tuba and participate in DECA. I am a JR referee and volunteer with Brighton Youth Lacrosse, Natural Helpers, Brighton Believes, and Link Crew (freshman orientation).
