Chris O'Brien 201...Personal Statement
I have played many sports throughout my youth and high school years, but lacrosse has become my true passion. I consider myself a smart, fast, respectful and coachable lacrosse player. I have started every varsity game since freshman year, and my coaches look to me to run the offense. I take that responsibility seriously and work hard to become a better player each and every day. As captain, I strive to be a good leader both on and off the field. My high school coaches awarded me Underclassman of the Year my freshman year and Offensive Player of the Year my junior year. I made All-Conference freshman,sophomore and junior years. During the summer, I made the 16/17 all-star game at the Elite 100 and the all-star game at Northern Select.
Academically, I am at the top of my class in math and science. I want to attend a highly rated school where I can major in engineering and take business courses. Ideally, I am looking to be part of a team and a school that will help me to be the best that I can be on the field, in the classroom and in the community.
