Hello, my name is Lucas Thibodeau. I am a junior at Hilton Head Island High School where I start in both varsity lacrosse and football. I have been playing lacrosse since I was six years old in Londonderry, NH both recreation and with the the 4Leaf Lacrosse Club. In 8th grade I attended Camden Military Academy in Camden, SC. For the first time in Camden’s school history, an 8th grade student played both varsity lacrosse and football. During the summer before my freshman year my family moved to Hilton Head Island, SC where I had lived previously until I was 3 years old. Not only do I play for my high school but I also play with Break Thru Lacrosse Club based out of Charleston, SC.
I have been told by many coaches that I have elite speed and athleticism. Showing my versatility using both short and long pole whenever called upon including face offs has proven my positive impact on the game overall. Over the summer and fall while playing with my Break Thru club, I played midfield as a two-way contributor. In addition being a strong offensive player I know that my defense is as good as anyone in my age group. My goal for my junior year is to help my high school team win a state championship while earning first team all-state midfield selection
