Dylan Dorgan '24 Recruiting Profile

The highlight of my lacrosse journey has been winning the Texas state championship last year as a sophomore. But I think that I grew the most playing summer and fall leagues in middle school. The team I played on was not a carefully curated, select team, but a local club comprised of me and my teammates who didn't have any other commitments during the offseason. We entered tournaments that had elite travel teams which we played. Though we held our own, we suffered a lot of defeat. These tournaments led me to develop perseverance through adversity.

As I continue my high school career, I look forward to furthering my skills. I am learning the value of commitment and sacrifice for the betterment of my team, whether that is on or off the field. I am looking for a program that will fit my academic and athletic goals. I believe that I have the character, experience, and commitment to make an impact on your program.
