Joseph Bendik '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coaches, 

My Name is Joe Bendik I'm a rower at Marin Rowing Association and I wish to be apart of a team that is shooting to compete at the highest level possible while I can get a great education for my future as an adult. 

I am a very hardworking person with a sense of personality. I can easily work with others, and I enjoy helping others when they need it. Being with a big group of guys that are committed everyday is what pushes me to be the best I can no matter what. I don't easily get flustered when something doesn't go my way, I can just reset and take another shot at it. 

A lot or recruits say they are better because of erg scores or boat moving capabilities, but I see myself as a positive person who is willing to change anything if asked to, to help make whatever team I am on faster.
