My goal is to excel both academically and athletically during my time in college. I am driven by a desire to achieve excellence in all aspects of my life, and I believe that rowing can fuel my personal and academic growth. I am committed to maintaining high academic performance, as I understand the importance of balancing my studies with my athletic commitments. I aim to be a successful student-athlete, representing your program with integrity and dedication. 

What sets me apart from other athletes is my work ethic, dedication, and passion for rowing on and off the water. On the water, I have a relentless drive to improve and push my limits continuously. I am known for utilizing my water time efficiently and capitalizing on extra workouts. I thrive under pressure and approach every practice and competition with a positive mindset and a willingness to learn from successes and setbacks equally. Off the water, my dedication and passion are best demonstrated through my efforts to use available technology and data to maximize rowing performance. I take advantage of wearable devices to improve my sleep and recovery; I monitor nutrition and hydration data to provide myself with the best opportunity to succeed on the water.

As the youth team captain, my teammates often look to me as a source of motivation and inspiration, as I lead by example and embrace the values of teamwork, unity, and accountability. I am eager to bring my knowledge, skills, and passion to your program, and I am confident that my dedication and leadership will be assets to the team.
