Emiliano Zepeda '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello coaches, 

My name is Emiliano Zepeda. I am a 17 year old student athlete soccer player. I have been playing soccer since the age of three and have been motivated everyday by the sport to improve and constantly up my game mentally and physically. I am originally a striker/winger, but I can also play outside back from time to time. Since a young kid it has been a dream of mine to play soccer at the highest and competitive level. 

I attend Franklin High School in Elk Grove, California and I am in my senior year. I have played on the Men’s soccer team since my freshman year. During my freshman year, I scored 11 goals and had 6 assists, and recognized as MVP on the JV team. I joined the Men’s varsity soccer team in my Sophomore year as the youngest player in the team. Currently in my senior year, I am the captain of the Men’s varsity soccer team and scored the most goals. I received the Offensive Player of the Year award, Sportsmanship award, and Scholar Athlete Athletic award this year. Simultaneously, I play competitive soccer with the Sacramento United Soccer Club. I have played in multiple soccer college showcases and Exact Soccer ID Camps.

I am a committed and hardworking player on and off the field, who puts the team before himself. Training almost every day with games on the weekend for many years now has strengthened my game and made my love for the game grow so much more.

My dream and goal is to continue playing soccer in college. Some colleges that have peaked my interest over the years that I'd like to attend and play for are UC Fullerton, UCLA, UC Irvine, UC Santa Barbara, UC Chico, UC Northridge.
