I've always wanted to play at the collegiate level. I've talked to my father a lot about going to college and playing at the college level. So that has always been my ambition since I was a child. Seeing my father play soccer motivated me to take up the sport and pursue my dream of playing at a high level. But, while participating in the sport, I've learned a lot of valuable life skills, such as that we will be beaten at times but no matter how bad it hurts you must keep pushing and pushing. Also working as a team being there for each other, leaving everything on the field, and no matter win or lose always find something to work on. And what has helped me go through the biggest ups and downs on and off the field was my persistence, positive attitude, desire to improve, and willingness to learn from my mistake and take feedback from others.
One of my educational goals is to be able to pursue a high-quality, competitive education while still enjoying sports at school. I'd like to pursue a degree in psychology, sports medicine, or pediatrics in the medical area. Other majors are available to me, but Medicine is my first and foremost option. Overall, I want to be able to be academically challenged while participating in the sport I love, and I hope to advance in soccer.
