David Velasquez '20 Recruiting Profile

I started playing soccer at the age of 10 and ever since then I have fallen in love with the sport.  My dream is to win the world cup for my country Honduras and to inspire the country.  What makes me a good candidate is that I have a strong mindset and most importantly I have self confidence with in myself and i'm not afraid to fail or mess up. Also I am always grateful but never satisfied. I am a compassionate, humble, and friendly person. I always try to focus and set my priorities on my academics and try to always challenge myself and to keep my grades with all A+.  What separates me from the possible one million players who want the same thing I want is that is that i'm willing to go through the storm and to outwork my competition, to wake up one hour earlier before everyone else, no one has my heart, and no matter how bad it is or how bad it gets I will always find a way to live my dream and vision.
