Ivan Orlovic '19 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Ivan Orlovic (NCAA ID# 1803145582). I currently attend Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose, California. I have achieved a place on the school's honor roll for the past 3 years of High School. I have a cumulative GPA of 3.89, and my GPA is currently 4.0. Playing-wise, my freshman year I made the freshman soccer team as starting forward with sometimes dropping back as center defensive mid, and the JV track team. My sophomore year I became a Varsity soccer starter at center back.  My Junior year has proved to be a breakout year for me as I was selected as a member of the All League Team for WCAL and High School Defensive MVP for my High School team and for club was able to win Surf Cup in the Fall. I have been competing at the highest level for my age all my life and havebeen training very hard on my own time everyday. Consequently, I have become a very smart, technical, and hardworking player. I make the right decision in almost every situation on the field. I am able to win balls in the air, bring them down and distribute accurately with both feet on the ground and in the air to my teammates wherever they are on the pitch. I am a very versatile player who can play in pretty much every position. Whenever I am on the field I am able to make a difference.

Off the pitch (when I’m not in the gym) I enjoy having fun with friends and family. I am a very socialable, comedic, and polite young man who can make conversation with almost anyone. I'm looking to attend a college where I am challenged academically and also be able to compete at the highest collegiate level possible for me. My prefered majors would either be engineering, business, or pre med; however I am currently undecided as to what I want to study for the next 4 years of my life.
