Hello my name is Braydon Depew and I’m a class of 2026 Goalkeeper from Erie, Colorado. I currently play for Rapids North 08B Select 1 and The Academy of Charter Schools varsity team.
Academics are a top priority for me. I currently hold a 4.0/4.0 GPA. I excel in various subjects including Math, History and English.
I’m a safe pair of hands that my teammates trust to have behind them in the back. I enjoy the ball at my feet or in my hands and am confident playing out of the back. I’m a pair of eyes that my teammates trust to hear from in the backfield. My coaches have always talked about how coach able I am and how much they love having me on their team.
Soccer is important to me because it allows me to be competitive while also just having fun. Soccer has taught me to never give up on my dreams and to keep working hard to get what and where you want. Soccer motivates me to get good grades and escape from what is happening outside of soccer.
Some of my biggest accomplishments include being voted 2023 team MVP by my teammates and being included in the 2023 Metropolitan League honorable mentions.
My goal is to play at the highest level I am capable of playing at and continue to grow and develop all while continuing to have fun playing.
