Hi, my name is Rodrigo Arnaiz and I play for the University of Arizona Men’s Soccer team. I've been playing soccer my whole life in Spain, and now in the United States. I'm a good candidate for any team because as a winger, I'm capable of playing in different positions such as left back or midfielder, and perform. Also, all the coaches that trained me have always been very happy with me because I'm an important part of the team, I always give my best to help the team, and always try to improve. What makes me different as a player is the international experience that I have, and my way of viewing the game as a Spaniard. As a kid in Spain, I used to play against the youth teams of top European clubs such as Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Sevilla, Oporto etc., and then I've played travel in the U.S for many years for Key Biscayne SC 2004 Elite, and I had the opportunity to be part of an ESPN soccer documentary. Academically, I'm already used to taking advance courses such as AP's, Dual Enrollment, Honors, Cambridge advanced courses, and now in college I’m studying Economics. My goals are to reach the top level in soccer, become a role model to others, and be successful in life.
