- I train 4 times a week with my club team, 5 times a week with my high school team, and if no games are played during the weekend I run in the neighborhood Saturday and Sunday about 4 miles.

- I am very focused in training, always high tempo, always moving, if you're not moving, you aren't creating options or space, nor pulling defenders away.
