Cristian Garcia '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Cristian Miguel Garcia, and I am a Latino American from Miami in my junior year in high school. I currently play soccer with Kendall Hammocks, 2023-24 ODP Florida team, 2023-2024 ODP South Region Team and I also play respectfully for my high school varsity team. I have been a starter with a leadership role on both my club and high school teams and I am proud of the opportunity this caliber of competition has provided me to elevate my level of play. Competitive soccer has become an integral part of the sporting landscape in Miami, and I am proud to share, that my journey in competitive soccer has been nothing short of intensive and rewarding.  I have dedicated countless hours of honing my skills and perfecting my technique and my unique ability to shoot with both my left and right foot.  Being equally strong with both legs has not only allowed me to adapt quickly to different game situations but has also provided me with a significant advantage over opponents by giving me the versatility to create scoring opportunities from various angles and positions on the field.  I continuously strive to improve my game by pushing myself to achieve a higher level of proficiency and consistency. This commitment of constant growth has not only enhanced my technical skills but has also fostered a strong work ethic and never give up attitude to create scoring opportunities for myself and my teammates. I currently lead my club and HS teams in scoring for the past 3 seasons and have traveled abroad to play in France and in Spain at the International competitive level. While my main position is forward, I am very versatile and can play left, right wing and midfield positions with excellent field vision to create plays, create advantages and ultimately score.  As a forward, winger and attacking Mid field player, I understand the importance of being versatile and adaptable to excel in a highly competitive soccer environment.  My ability to shoot with both legs has become a defining characteristic of my playing style which allows me to make significant impact on the field and contribute to my team's success.  I am excited to continue my soccer journey, further refining my skills and embracing new challenges.  I am confident in my capacity to make a lasting impression and leave a mark on the game. I am looking to play at the highest college division possible with aspirations of a professional career within soccer and/or industry. Soccer is what I love, and I want to be part of a team that shares my desire and work ethic to be the best. I am grateful for the opportunities I've had to showcase my skills and contribute to my team success.
