Mark Suhrer '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Mark Suhrer and I am a Junior at Fleming Island High School, in Fleming Island, Florida.  I play up on the U18 Clay County soccer club team and compete in some of the most well known tournaments on the east coast such as CASL and Disney Showcase.  I started playing soccer when I was 4 years old and have always had a love for the game.  My team is ranked number 3 in the state of Florida and we won our league last year, which was the FSPL.  We are now playing in the Region 3 Premier league.  I play either right back or holding mid and wear the number 22.  I made varsity on my high school soccer team as a sophomore and made it to the regional finals my first year.  I'm also a tennis player.  I was ranked top 50 in the state of Florida for the U12 and U14 age divisions.  I have played number one at my high school since my freshman year.  I also did track in which I competed in the high jump and the 100m.  My best jump was 5'8" and my best run in the 100 was 11.99 seconds.
